This page explains what happens to your details when you order from Quick Cuppa & More online. It's written in plain language on purpose — ask us anything it doesn't cover.
When you place an order, we ask for:
If you turn on notifications instead of texts, your browser also gives us a private notification address for your device. It's not your phone number or email — just a way to send a "your order's ready" alert to that browser.
Your card number never reaches us. When you pay, your card (or gift card) details go straight into a secure form provided by Square, our payment processor. All we ever receive is a one-time confirmation from Square that the payment went through — we never see or store the card itself.
We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for anything other than the order you placed. If you order again, your device may remember your name and phone so you don't have to type them twice — that's stored only on your own device, not on our servers.
Only the businesses that need it to get your coffee to you:
Neither uses your details for anything beyond that.
If you apply for a job through our Work With Us page, that form is run by Google Forms and your answers go straight to Google, then to us. We only use what you send to consider your application — nothing else.
Order and payment records are kept by Square as part of normal business record-keeping. The information this site itself holds — mainly the "your order's ready" notification — is deleted automatically within a few days.
